Victoria Lee - Jazz, Contemporary, Acro Teacher

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Victoria began dancing at the young age of 4, and is a graduate from the Ontario School of Ballet and Related Arts. Victoria has extensive training in all dance genres with advanced training in Jazz, Lyrical and Acro. Victoria has also been trained in classical ballet under RAD achieving distinction on her advanced 1 examination, as well as having training under the ADAPT syllabus in jazz and tap. At the age of 9, Victoria began competing all over North America being recognized for winning numerous overalls and special awards and continued to do so until her graduating years. She has also been all throughout Canada and the United States with the nationally renowned dance competition, Candance. Victoria has been a loyal Candance employee, working multiple jobs from merchandise, backstage and tabulation.

Victoria has successfully completed her Acrobatic Arts Module 1. She has completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation degree, as well as her Master of Arts in Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. Victoria is a recent graduate of the Masters of Teaching program at the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Victoria continues to grow as a professional dancer and teacher, by advancing her dance skills through taking classes and workshops whenever she can.

Victoria spent a contract with Kalos Collectives, a contemporary training program based out of Toronto, under the direction of Jessica Ford. Through this company, she was given the opportunity to train with upcoming artists and choreographers such as; Sebastian Mersch, Alysa Pires, Kylie Thompson, and Alvin Collantes. Apart from studying under her studio teachers growing up, Victoria also trained with some outstanding professionals such as; Leon Blackwood, Amanda Cleghorn, Caroline Torti, Ryan Foley, David Cox, and Evelyn Hart.

Victoria's passion for dance has always shown in the studio and on stage, and she continues to share that passion and inspire the next generation of dancers!
